What is the best way to get fit and yet not loose weight? I weight 7 stone which is obviously under the average for my age group. Everyone says i'm skinny and yes, i am too skinny but i'm worried about the effects of eating crap for so long and the effect it will have when i older. What can i do that will stop me from loosin weight and help my body become fitter? K

Yoga is a nice & gentle way to keep fit, without burning off too many calories.
If you want to build up a bit without losing weight then maybe weight lifting is the thing for you. You don't have to eat crap to put on weight either, plenty of protein like chicken and fish and olive oil in your diet (so that you're staying away from saturated fats) should help.
Do a search on HIIT - high inensity interval training. Its based on performing repeated bouts of intense exs which raises the metabolism, burning fat yet not causing muscle loss through hours of cardio in the correct heart range. As an added benefit these short burts also use your muscles and will cause an increase in muscularity. Perform this 2-3x a week. Also, the more muscle you have the more fat you will lose. ideally take up weights as well.
