I asked this question couple of weeks ago, what everyone thought to it because I was about to have it done, well i had it done lat week and wow, how fantastic, immedate results, no pain (well apart from parting with the s) and i now have 20/20 vision. I would strongly recommend this to everyone , I am highly delighted with the outcome.

Am so glad you went ahead with it. I did say I'd had same on special offer at Boots 5y ago with no set-backs. Of course I do wear D&G sunglasses as the glare while driving requires it.

No more contacts, specs etc and perfect vision.....worth every penny & more.
Congratulations!!! How wonderful.. Am thinking about taking the plunge myself.. Tell me..
does your eyesigth still deteriorate over time.. and can you have it done more than once.. or is it a 'cure' for bad eyesigth and never to return???

A friend I know is having it done in November... How much was yours??
wait 4 years when you need it done again.
Mine was done 5 years ago and my vision is still perfect...........
5 years for me too, and no problems. well done you!
I had it done about 6 years ago and my god was it painfull after the anesthetic wore of for about 3 days. But I was warned that some people can have a lot of pain afterwoods and some people dont have any so I was well prepaired with the painkillers and vodka lol.

But of course it was well worth it no pain no gain is there and lungy what are you doing on this thread posting something sensible that is not like you but yes you are right for once your eyes do deteriate more of course after having it done
Congrats and well done for having it done. I am so glad it all went well for you.

My daughter had hers done several years ago, her eyesight is still perfect but she has regular eye tests and she was told that her eyesight would deteriorate in time but not as quickly as it would have done if she had not had it done. She was told that probably from about the age of 40 she may need to wear spectacles again. She was 22 when she had it done and is 30 now.
