As a music writer, I mix with a lot of musicians, loads of whom are tattooed.
I find them erotic on the right woman - it does depend on the artwork, and the lady concerned.
The most beautiful I ever saw were on the lady who translated for me when I interviewed the 5-6-7-8's, the Japanese girl band in the 'Kill Bill' films - they were true works of art, and so was she, she looked fabulous!
When i was 16 i got a tattoo on my lower back it was a rushed decisionbecouse i got it done in my uncles shed lol
and i hate it wished i could get rid of it but its bright red and laser treatment wont take away all the red :(
Its middle aged and older women with tattoos that look the most manly as well. Young girls can sort of get away with it (although I still think they look aggressive - even the sweet little love hearts, etc.)
Having worked with the probation service I've seen 'em all. Swastikas, borstal spots, necklaces etc. The worst one was a guy with 'eff off written across his forehead in 1" high letters. BTW, I hate tattoos of any kind!
Different strokes for different folks -what business is it of anyone at all if anyone should decide to have a tattoo.Sure- you can decide not to have one yourself but thats what it comes down to -personal choice.Hence the reason I personally chose to have 3.
I would never berate or demean a woman or man for not having one.
Tramp stamp -well that'll be my daughter then.delightful.
A lot of very pious opinions about something which -if you dont have one and dont want one -shouldnt affect you.
'Aggressive' and 'manly' 'Jeremy Kyle fodder' although I will say I am confused by that particular remark .
I thought that I was merely giving my opinion on some of the words used to describe women who had tattoos.
Like I said different strokes for different folks.
Well it is my opinion Dris that they look aggressive and quite manly on older women. Only my opinion. I didn't say it was right or berate people for having them. As you say each to his own.
