ANY tattoo only looks good if very well done....and most aren't. On women - only quite delicate and pretty tattoos ever look good......it is also better if they are hidden.
Some are real works of body art - very pretty, but I'd never get one done. The majority of men I know prefer their women "natural" as opposed to decorated.
ID be more inclined to think a woman was a bit lush if she was tattooed. Kat von D is amazing. I have a few tattoos, and most guy seem to like looking at my tattooed feet. I am going for a half sleeve working into the work I have on my shoulder but is still in the design phase but will all be amazing freehand stuff. Clearly Im biased on the subject.
Nine treatments? wow! is it a big one? and is the treatment expensive? don't know if i'd go to the hassle of having it removed, just tried to learn from it and not make rash decisions on weekends in blackpool again... ha ha
I like tattoos, I would love to get one myself but being built like a beanpole I don't think much would look right on me.
My last girlfriend was talking about a particular tattoo that she would like for ages but never got round to having it done, so for her birthday I paid for her to get it done (no it wasn't a personal one with a name or anything, they are a daft idea!!) so yeah I do think they can be good looking if not over the top
pip, I went to find out about getting one of mine removed, but they said it only worked well on certain colours. the other option for me was to get it covered with another tattoo, but that would mean being bigger and bolder than the original.
I just left it be!
that was about 8 years ago, so maybe tattoo removal has come on since then.
