How do i change my body shape?
9 Answers
I am not overweight at all and i am not fat at all. But i HATEHATHATE my body shape. I have wide legs and a big bum that is out of proportion to the rest of my body. If im not in school or not going anywhere nice it is okay because i can just wear big jumpers nd baggy jeans but to school i have to wear a skirt and out i usually wear skinney jeans or a skirt and i spent the whole time trying to hide myself.
My top half is thin and there is no fat to be seen on my stomach but my bottom half looks completely ridiculous in proportion.
Also i don't really want any surgary either. :/
Please please please help if you can.
Thankyou alot i will be soo greatful

Unfortunately, we are the shape our genetics dictate and there isn't much you can do to change your actual body frame. You could improve your natural shape, by eating healthily and doing a combination of cardiovascular exercise and resistance training, which will help tone up the areas you are not to happy with.
Few females are happy with their shape, you just have to be realistic, not compare yourself to other people and make the best of what you have.

I know just how you feel Lola, I have had the same problem most of my life - however, it didn't stop me meeting and marrying a very good looking guy and having three lovely children. The dear man I married sees through the shape to the personality within, he is quite happy with me and my lumpen shape. His kindness and love have taken away the feelings of selfconciousness I used to suffer and now I just think if a person only likes you if you are the correct shape (in their opinion) then they are wrong and not worth worrying about.
