Some people seem to have no concept of "later in life". Just because today they feel good what does it matter that in 20 years time they may have major organ failure, their kids might be born severely disabled, or that they will have to undergo the torture of radio/chemotherapy whilst battling cancer. I laugh at anyone who argues that our society is faithless. One must have a helluva load of faith to think that it will/can not happen to them. Otherwise neither of us would smoke, drink alcohol, try drugs, eat sugar, own a microwave, buy beef, fly American Airlines, go on holidays to South America, be treated at NHS Hospital, drive a car/bike/a neighbour crazy, cross the road or generally leave the security of ones house.
I am not defending them by no means, Im just saying that we all at some point play with our lives, only in their case they are playing a rather large scale game and at higher stakes. And if they are stupid enough to do so then thank God for natural selection.
