this morning i woke up and my left eye was very sore and stinging as the day has gone on it hasnt got any better and my vision has been blurry all day, it isnt too sore now but still blurry, any clues peeps?

One eye only, sore and stinging, bluured vision: self damage to the eye in your sleep (pushed finger in it), conjunctivitis allergic or bacterial. If it is as bad in the morning, then go to your GP.

If you have an eye-wash cup, put 1/2 a tsp salt in luke warm water and soak eyes for a few minutes before going to bed at night.
