spots!!

I suffer from a patch of spots like a rash on the side of my nose that has been there for 2 months. What will get rid of them??? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What, if anything, have you used to try and get rid of the spots? 

If the usual types of face cleansers and creams, and antiseptics haven't worked then either have a word with the pharmacist (they give good advice), or have a chat with your doctor, particularly as this has been going on for 2 months.
