Does anyone know how THC helps as a bronchiodilator?
Do you have to smoke the cannabis to get the effect? Or would eating it produce the same effects? I know after a cheeky smoke I feel the benefits rapidly .

I would say if it doesnt bother your chest smoking it then that is the quickest and most convenient way to put it in ya bloodstream. You may have to mix it with tobaccoo and at the end of the day no smoke going into your lungs is gonna help really.
To be more discreet you could try cooking with it. It would depend on the strain and strength of the weed to how much you put in.
Ive cooked hamburgers before, spag bolognese and omeleltes and there prob the best really. Stew is good as well.
My favourites though is baking with cakes. To get the most out of your ganja you will need cakes/sweets with a high fat content.

The stone is different when eaten. Hard to say what is different but I expect it is due to a different solubility and absorption of the active chemicals. The volatile stuff dominates in smoking.
It goes on and on so you need to be prepared for an extended effect.
It does do harm and will cause emphysema in some people over time. Like many parts of the body young people's lungs are several times more efficient than required for ordinary life. Smoking uses up this spare capacity while you don't notice.
