A family member of mine did this when she was younger. All she did was put a small hoop earring in the torn ear to stop the hole from closing completely and it healed naturally. Make sure you clean it reguarly with a mild antiseptic though.

Follow the instructions on this page and it should heal itself without getting infected.  (I presume it's only torn a little?)
