Why can't I find a boyfriend? I'm a nice person but my relationships only seem to last a couple of months at the longest. I'm in my late 20's. does anyone else have this problem?

Er, this is a hard one to answer without knowing more detail. But is there a recurring trend to why your relationships end? If its always you that breaks it off, are you being too demanding, or moving too quickly for them? If its the other way round, do you still speak to any of your ex-boyfriends? If so, pick one you havent had a relationship with for a good few months, go out for a drink and try and gently squeeze some answers out of him. Just dont get offended, take any criticism as constructive. Other than that, I wouldnt worry. Plenty of people have the same problem, and plenty more would be jealous! Enjoy yourself while you can, theres plenty of time to meet someone and settle down

Gosh, I think you must be the only one!

Roxyanne, you need to look in the right places, I know a couple of decent single lads looking for a nice young lady

It may be because you're a four ton house end with a face like a blind cobblers thumb

Hi roxyanne. Within 1 year while in my 20's I went from total loser relationship wise to finding the best person in my life and a kid on the way - have now been married together for 10 years. Things change very quickly so just hang in there. Maybe the problem is that you are trying to achieve something instead of letting IT find you. Make the most of life, your family, friends etc and things may just click. Also be very choosy - when you are harder to get you automatically become more sought after ;-)

Just stop looking for a boyfriend and concentrate on enjoying your life without one.  Life can be just as good without a partner - and what's the betting that when you stop looking, someone special will come along.

Enjoy being single!  You are still young.

Roxyanne, I don't know the ins and outs of your relationships, but just a word of advice. You maybe a nice person but if you are too clingy in your relationships, that could turn men off. I see that most successful relationships are when the wife/girlfriend/partner maintains interaction with her husband/ partner but ALSO has her own life - friends and job.

Also I agree with Fakeplastic that the less you look for a boyfriend the more likely you are to find one.

Me me me me me! I'm 25 and have exactly the same problem. But I know my problem: it's because I'm picky and scared of getting in too deep and getting hurt. Not much you can do about that!

Thanks for all your great answers. I was just feeling really down about it yesterday but feel alot better now. I'm like you Georgit, I've been unlucky enough to have been hurt badly in my last two relationships so am really scared of getting hurt again. In the meantime i'm going to carry on having fun with all my friends. xxxx
That's the spirit, roxyanne! And I know all about those bad days, believe me!

Have you thought about what you want ?
