Whitening Toothpaste??

Any one recommend one, i know i wont get pearly white teeth using these but maybe a slightly better gleam!!!!

I'm not sure that any of them make a difference but I use the Boots Expert one. (toothpaste, not the programme)

Well it's as good as anything can be on 50yr old teeth! I like the taste puddi, it's not too strong....price varies, I buy it when it's on offer. It's �3.91 at the moment
online but sometimes the shops have different prices.

Theramed Express White is the best I've ever tried. Teeth look brighter after one use.

lots of whiteners score natural tooth enamel and make teeth sensitive.

Change your diet. Teeth look whiter in contrast to dark skin - get a tan?

Arm and Hammer do a baking soda one with enamel care - I always use some kind of whitening toothpaste and have not noticed any deteriation in whiteness with this one, I do remember when i started using the arm and hammer about 15 years ago noticing a fair difference in my teeth, obviously now that I use it all the time, I am not sure what they would be like without.

One of my sons has yellower teeth than the other, so I have let him use the enamel care one a couple of times a week and I haven't noticed that much difference yet, I am reluctant to let him use it every day until I have checked with the dentist that it is okay for children to use.

Arm and Hammer for me too, great stuff, you have to use it for a couple of weeks though before you notice the difference, I was going to give it up after a couple of days but I'm glad I didn't now.

You have to be careful not to drink too much coffee, tea or red wine while you're using whitening toothpaste or it'll undo all the good.

Drink the wine through a straw and hopefully it won't touch your teeth :-)
