Hi, I was just wondering, what does nervosa mean?

I know that anorexia nervosa is a psychological fear of weight gain, but then some side effects of drugs are anorexia, which must just mean that you are put off of your food, so what is the significance of the word nervosa which defines the difference between anorexia and anorexia nervosa?
