Male Surgery...

Hi. I'm 20 and I'm quite slim build. I'm really interested in getting pectoral implants...y'know the blokes boob job so I have got pecs!! Has anyone had these or knows people who've had them...if so are they any good, uncomfortable, awkward? Also...anyone know how much they cost? I heard they cost more than a boob job...why is this? Thanks

a gym subscription costs nothing at all and is safer than surgery. have you thought about achieving your goals yourself?

i would also tell you to get down the gym and do some body building and eat a good diet to build yourself up.implants sound ridiculouse and i am sure they are extremelly expensive..no one has a perfect body you have to make the best of what you have got and build on it in a safe sensible way.whats inside is more important than outward looks..i certainly wouldnt fancy a man with implants and would find it a great joke that he could be so vain to have surgery to achieve a perfect physique..  mullein

Try this.... do pushups with ur arms widly spread ....also if u can swim get down to the pool and do only breastroke and dont use the kick ........after about 9 weeks of doing this u will have a nice set of pecs....and then u have to start buying larger shirts etc.... There used to be a thingy called THE Bullworker back in the 70's and u could really pump up ur arms and chest with it..... it was in all the sports shops.... If u can go to a gym and ask one of the trainers..... good luck...

I think a bloke who has had cosmetic surgery would be a real turn-off to the majority of women!!  Get out there and do some real physical work that builds up your muscles naturally and is good for you as well.

The reason why they cost more is that there is usually (I can't think of another reason, but there might just be one) no reason other than vanity for a man to want boob implants. For someone to be so vain suggests that he might also be naive and guillible when that vanity is pandered to. And a fool and his money............... Just think - pump them up yourself with diet and exercise, get married, have kids, settle into a rut, let yourself go and by the time you're 50, your pecs will have magically transformed into boobs that rest on your lap when you sit down. Go for it.
