Hello everyone,
So I was doing some ground work for a few days last week so I know the cause of the injury. But I'm not sure if I've pulled something or just overworked. I'm no stranger when it comes to using the shovel or manual labour so I don't know how I managed to injure myself. I didn't feel any pain or any thing pull when I was digging.
The pain is around the collar bone and I only feel it when I'm in a seated position. When I'm standing or moving It doesn't hurt at all, which is quite weired.
I've been taking it easy trying not to lift anything heavy for the last 7 days, even though I'm able to with no discomfort but it hasn't got any better.
Any advice on what I've done or any similar experiences?

Acromio-clavicular arthrosis comes to mind, but although your description is full, it is not detailed enough to come up with an accurate diagnosis.

Google the condition and if that does not help, then a visit to your GP might well help.

Thanks for the reply bud. I'm not sure it's Acromio-clavicular arthrosis, It could be. The pain is more around/under the collar bone rather than the shoulder. I've pulled muscles before but this doesn't feel like that. It's more a annoying shap-ish pain that's only there when I relax on the sofa. I had to move some blocks today, witch I was trying to avoid doing! But I had no discomfort in doing so. I will give it a few more days and if I don't see any improvement I will go see my GP.
Thanks Si
