I have bright red fingers, my thumb and index finger are bright red. They have been like it for 3 days now and i have tried everything possible to remove it but nothing removes it just appeared out of nowhere! they dont hurt or itch they just feel normal! but looks very strange!

Does any one have any idea what can cause this or what it may be?
