buzzing groin!!

for the last few days ive been getting this really strange feeling in my groin  the only way to describe it is its like a buzzing or a low pitch rumbling ,i keep thinking my mobile is going off in my pocket when its not .ideas anybody

Dear Mindbullets - I did a search for this exact symptom just now and saw your post of 4yrs ago. Would be of great interest to me if you still have the condition or found its cause.

All the doctor posts I have seen say it is nothing - sure doesn't feel like nothing (though it is not painful - just weird). gvrick
