What software are you using to write your letter in?

Do you mean you want to add graphics/images to it?

i tried wordpad
but when i printed the letter
it printed half on one page
and the other half on a 2 page
clicked preview page
that seemed ok

You want to download openoffice. It's a free wordprocessor and is compatible with word, so documents done on both can be interchanged.
