1) Go and see your Doctor asap, as this may be related to an infection. The sooner you go, the sooner any problem can be treated if that is what is causing the trouble.
2) Use panty liners; they will protect you underwear and help to keep you comfortable, but you should get checked out too.

It's unlikely to be an infection if the discharge is white or yellowy. You know what normal for your body, so unless this has come out of nowhere then it's probably completely harmless.
panty liners are your best bet, but they are annoying and can ruin any sexy feeling you might feel when in your best undies. It could be the Pill you're on (if you are on it), in that case go to your GP and see if you can get it changed.
