pill and sickness

I'm on the pill and on Wednesday/Thursday I had an upset stomach so started following the 'seven day rule', on Saturday, about four hours after taking the pill for that day I was sick again but only once. Do i need to extend the seven day thing to this Saturday or will I be ok? I checked the leaflet and that said to take another pill from a separate strip if you get better within 12 hours but I'm on my last pack before going to get a new prescription. Also, am currently running two packs together, not sure if this will make a difference. Thanks in advance

if you are in any doubt then use a second form of contraception until 7 days from any sickness.
