Does anyone want to play a dieting competition?
8 Answers
I'm getting married in a few months and would like to lose a bit of weight before the big day. I was thinking that perhaps if a few ABers came on board it might make me more focused. I was thinking that anyone who wants to play should just say what sort of diet they are going to follow, be it weightwatchers, celebrity diet or just their own way of doing it. Obviously everyone can check back in every 3/4 days with updates.
Right, me first. I'm 13.4 stone on the scales and I've decided to go down the no carbohydrates road. I'll be eating chicken, pork, eggs, fish and stuff like that and trying to cut out potatoes, pasta, bread and the like.
Everyone welcome and whoever wins gets a prize of a feeling of tremendous wellbeing.
Good luck.
