3 day detox
I want to do a 3 day detox after a Xmas of excessive food & drink. Can anyone please give me ANY advice on how to go about it, how I will feel after etc or where I can find more info?
Thank you in advance.

To do it properly you need to do it for more than 3 days (28 days is perfect) so that your system can well and truly get rid of all the toxins. Expect headaches at first (caffeine withdrawl) and flu-like tiredness (your body is shutting down normal activity whilst it outs its energy into rebuilding you!! It's SO clever) for a few days. Then you will start to feel ridiculously energetic. You may get flare-ups of previous illnesses (rashes/cattarh etc) but this is just the toxins coming out. Eventually you will feel so much fitter; your skin will glow and you really won't want to go back to putting all that nasty stuff in your body. The best thing is to read Carol Vodrerman's Detox books.
Cooking is not hard- just use basic ingredients and cook fresh food every day, rather than eating processed stuff.
