I work out five days a week,so I am fairly strong as a result, but I need to do more cadio to get rid of body fat.
I have been advised to use a kettle bell(as seen on T.V.....Kettleworx) but I'm not sure what weight to use. They use a 5lb kettle weight in the advert, but that seems very light, but obviously the kettle bell must be of a weight that allows for the exercise to be done properly.
Can anyone advise???????
Kindest regards.....Mike Adams

They recommend that most new kettlebell users start with a 5 LB or 10 LB kettlebell.
