I cant think of much else to put... But if it gets really and truelly serious please i beg of you to go to sum1 and talk about it. I have seen too many people going to far because they 'wernt willing to talk about it'
Good luck in the future
Cry, Cry, Cry... nothing lets out frustration or depression like a good cry... try to express yourself, draw, paint or something. Keep yourself busy, dont let yourself be sitting there idle thinking about it, take up a hoby like a martial art or sports.

???...Farseer is Right, we all have our down times...but when you think about it, they're not forever..sure we hate life, but its not permanent!!! Depression is pretty tough, i know because I went through depression myself! I lost my bestfriend, hated my job, my rents were getting divorced...it was what i thought to pretty much be the end of the world...What i did, was i got a puppy, and whenever things got really bad for me...i would just go to him because he would always love me no matter what...then i expressed how i was feeling and what was bringing me down to others..and i cried a lot too.. But getting all those emotions out instead of bottleing them up inside of me really helped me out!! So you can ask me, " hows that working for ya?!" and i would say GREAT :)... Please never cut yourself or do anything to harm your body which will lead to death, please...so many people die that way, and you know what.. right b4 they die, there like damn how stupid is this...wanting to end my life because things arent going good..Sooooo many people love you ???, and would hate to see you end your life...so ??? will you promise us ABers that you will seek professional help...its the best thing you can do...and it really does help!! Hope everything works out hun!! XXX~ krissy~ :)
Hello ??? I do understand how you feel. Been battling depression for several years now and there have been some very dark times. Please go and see your doctor.
It is always more difficult sorting your own problems out especially when your down, so maybe talking to a councellor is the right thing to do. They've helped me so much in the past, and as life has been grim lately I have just started seeing her again. It's so good to talk to someone that doesn't condem, condone, or judge you in anyway; they just listen and try to help us understand ourselves so we can get back on track.
Please believe me, there is light at the end of that long dark tunnel, although it doesn't seem like it now. Crying is a natural release for so many emotions, so just let it happen. Yes you feel exhausted afterwards, but it does help.
The other thing you could try is playing 'happy' music as loud as you like, so what if it upsets the neighbours if it helps you feel better.
Self harm is an expression of anger and frustration. How about getting a punch bag and invisage the face of who ever is p*ssing you off at the moment, then punch it to b*ggery! It's the next best thing to doing it for real and no one gets hurt!
Ok, folks I know that could be controversial but I have learnt that suppressing anger is the worst form of self harm there is. Anger turned inwards is one of the causes of depression.
Enough for now, just take care ???, I am thinking of you.
Having suffered from bouts of depression due to bereavement, etc., - apart from my family, I found that swimming & walking seemed to pull me out of the doldrums. Don't pent up your feelings, it's the worse thing you can do, you need to talk & cry as much as you feel you need to. Having said all that, you should really visit your GP, who may prescibe medication &/or refer you a councellor.
There is a silver lining out there, you'll see. Good luck ??? -x-
??? Why are you sad? Do you know what makes you depressed? I really feel for you as I suffer with depression as do many others. Please see your GP and TALK your feelings out with family, friends, counsillor etc.Crying is a wonderful release for the system. If you're self harming you should see your Gp.Also there are online support groups to join with people who understand.Im a member of [Email address removed in accordance with site policy - AB Editor]
You dont have to be on medication to be a member but you WILL be made welcome and members do understand. xxx
I think that Smudge has the answer there, for a short term fix go for a walk, for teh long term, go to your GP. I'm in a similar situation myself, and it's taken me almost 18 months to go to the doctor. i finally plucked up the courage and I'm going tomorrow. Consider any other medication you're on which might be affect your mood (contraceptive pill, even some muscle relaxents etc)
Please try not to cut yourself, it's so very bad for your skin :) If you need to get rid of those feelings I suggest a number of cliched answers, namely hitting or screaming into a pillow. i know it sounds cheesy, but it can help, and leaves no mess or scaring.
Good luck, i hope you get better soon.
