Firstly.....I am beginning to think that I am out of my depth here and that you will have to lead me.
Secondly, you could not get better advice, management and treatment than at the "National"
Denervation just means that the muscle has lost it's nerve supply, there being a multiplicity of causes. Usually a denervated muscle shrinks, but in you case it seems to have swollen (lump).
The repair of nerve damage is complicated, depending upon which nerve, what has caused it and the length of time from onset to the present time. I would not have thought that nerve repair is an option in your case, but as i said initially, I feel rather out of my depth.
