neither. Try not to weigh yourself all the time. Once a wk will do
i don't think it would be any difference. weighing yourself in the morning is advised though i think.

Yes indeed. Weighing yourself before or after exercise is utterly pointless.

Thanks i head before!! Then someone said i can lose or gain upto 3pounds in a day depending on what time ov day!! Confused much!? Think ill stick to morning then... Same time.. And weekly.. Thanks guys x
You normally weigh less in the morning before you've eaten anything so that's the best time as far as I'm concerned. I read somewhere that if you go on a diet, don't weigh yourself for two weeks as it takes that long to lose the weight (or put it on, I suppose).
