It's the muscles in your forearms you use the most.
it was your forearm muscles that did all the pulling work
Is Biology one of the subjects you ar sitting ?

yes. But i thought it would be triceps that pulled your forearm when the ore was in the water meaning they worked the hardest and your triceps that pulled your forearm and thus the ore when it was out of the water, which is easier.

Or does it depend on the boat slightly because of the position you're in?
I was going to say something similar Jack.....

I'm starting to believe that the exams ARE getting easier if this yolk is predicted A*'s....

was the ore -iron?

ummm, only the top set did it, because the school wanted them to have an ict qualification without taking up a whole gcse pool with it and ending up with 4 but the universities only counting it as one.

And these rowing boats are harder to pull than the one's you get in gyms. At school I have the 500metre record and thats on the highest resistance setting which I can row on easily. But Pulling in the ASCs is a lot harder, especially if you're bow.
eh?

Admiralty Sailing Craft but without the sails they are sued for pulling aswell.
Pardon...
Who's being sued ?
It just gets more confusing...
