Shoot, and I haven't had 60 therapy yet.
Never realised how hard it is to find employment after 55. Just wondering what benefits or reductions ( not from the Government ) I can get when I reach that age in, aaarrrggghhhh, 4 months.
Thx
Tony

bus pass, free prescriptions . . . .
My mum got a bus pass for free bus travel and got a railcard as well so she has a lot of free and discounted travel.

She saves loads coming up to see me as she now has discounted train fare and free bus and tram travel if we want to go anywhere.
not for men I thought it was 65 for everyone now.., check the DWP website for entitilements
I think places like B&Q, Focus and Boots do discounts as well.

National Express do discounts, English Heritage too.
My dad loves b&q but refuses to admit he is over 60 and get a diamond card plus 'oh i can't go to b&q on wednesdays i'm working' but he finished at 4.
