I can't be bothered to go find it... I'm on a pill that means I don't have a period anymore but I always had a lot of pain either the day before or when it actually started and I often felt like I was coming down with a cold. And my patience levels (not that high usually) took a dramatic dip.... Basically I'm a cow... ;0)
I really must get round to changing that avatar, it's only there because snags wanted to torture fluffy and I knew she'd never fall for it if he did it.
well i get grumpier but its hard to tell the difference sometimes, the only dead give away is when i'm watching tv and those ads for animal charities come on and i burst into teasrs straight off
I get over sensitive and very anxious about ridiculous things for some reason. I'll get up about a dozen times during the night to make sure the children's beds aren't on fire, or the cat's haven't exploded and check all the doors again and again.
Morning Looby - I have moved on from PMT to FMS - but I suffered so badly from PMT I was under a private clinic in Harley Street. On my first appointment, as I sat in the waiting room, I realised perhaps I was'nt so bad, as the girl sitting opposite me was in handcuffs with a minder (:0 (
hi china, mccfluff, jno, yingyang and den, oh what joys eh?! lol
theres just no shaking off the strange emotions that creep up is there, youve just got to see it through.

so youve permanent pmt now then have you old geezer?! oooh dear..! ...lol
den, hope things are a bit easier for you now..?
(excuse my ignorance, but can i ask what fmt is?)
I used to suffer from PMT - very teary at the simplist of remarks, I wanted to hit out at times - the padded upholstery on the hall door became my punch bag.
But since I've gone on to decaf coffee all symptoms have disappeared. My gp confirmed that caffine can agrivate PMT so cutting it out could help you. I'm 41.
