I tend to wear sunglasses or a hat in bright light as my eyes don't like it and it doesn't help with my migraines.

I worked at a place once where I kept getting really bad headaches and migraines all the time until someone suggested the fact that there was such bright sunlight through the window next to me through blinds with slats may not have been helping and they were right.

Once I'd blocked the light off it was a lot better.
I don't know if it'll help you, but I changed my normal glasses to transition (reactolite) lenses - it helps a lot with the pain i get with normal sunlight
i still get migraines of different kinds (visual blindness, stabbing pain) but it certainly helps with the eye strain and pain i get in bright sunlight - hth

Thank you for your answers. I suffer from cluster migraine...sometimes I get 4 in one day. So, I think it's worth a shot...getting desperate now:-(
I get migraines from spending an afternoon in the sun. Wearing a hat and sunglasses seem to help, so I think it is time to invest in a high quality pair of sunglasses. What sorts of things should I be looking for that will work for me the best?

I think there is no other effective solution except a hat and sunglasses. Sorry. Media URL: http://www.cheap-auto-insurance-florida.net
