This evening about 3 hours ago I indulged in Ice Cream, Strawberries, and Cream with s light sugar over the s/berries and my meter reading is 10, and I am a bit concerned about going to sleep with it so high in case of a hypo. What should I do ?

Surely a hypo is caused by low blood sugar, not high

I tried to find out info with the above, but when I click on testing, which is what I want to know, I get `No results found` no joy there then quincyqqq
