My wrist has been hurting when I bend it most ways or put pressure on it, for three or four days now.
What could be wrong with it?

I normally sleep with it between my two pillows but its never ended up like this.
I don't use my wrist much when i'm typing.
it's my left, and i'm left handed, which makes it more annoying. It hurts most of the way round the thinnest part, the bit literally where the arm meets the hand. But the bit that hurts the most is possibly the end of the ulna or the carpels, on the inside of my wrist, below my thumb.
I might do if it keeps hurting.

does sound rather RSIish, though Sqad may be able to be more precise. You are almost certainly doing SOMEthing with your wrists as you type - moving them, elevating them, resting them on the desk (that causes problems), or they may just be getting referred pain from somewhere else. The fact that it's your writing hand suggests you may be overdoing something, and typing's a possibility.
