Why cant I breathe out of my nose? To my knowledge I have never broken it, its not crooked. When I blow air out of my nose I can only feel a very light air coming out, and I am blowing pretty hard. If I try hard I can breathe out of my nose but by no extend does it fill my lungs. My voice is a little nasaly due to this, and I snore. Does anyone know why I cant breathe out of my nose?
It would be better to speak to your doctor about this. One common explanation could be that you have nasal polyps. They are fairly common and can result in the symptoms you seem to have. You can read more about this here:
This happened to me until I gave up dairy!!! Now I can totally breathe through my nose for the first time in my life. if you are slightly allergic or intolerant to dairy your nasal passages may be continually inflamed, meaning less air can pass through them. Give it a go- it will work far better than any nasty spray the doc may give you.
I can't breathe out of my nose either or at least not for very long as yes my lungs don't fill up properly with air. Years ago i had the lining of my nose cauterised but it didn't do much except make me sound a bit better because i sounded very nasely before so maybe you could try it.
