Sports Bras

Sorry, not sure where best to put this.
What is a good fit for a sports bra? I tried a couple on today and did a few jumps in the changing room but everything still seemed to be bobbing around like a normal bra. Are they supposed to be a tight fit?

Milly, you are thinking about it all wrong. You need a loose fitting bra for jogging. That way you can watch fellow joggers run into lamposts, walls, cars, each other, etc as they will be too busy watching your Baywatch impression to watch where they are going!
And yes, before anyone says anything, i have done it several times. Fell of a kerb, run into a goal post, and lost my footing on treadmill :-)

have a look at some reviews

I have tried a few but I am not happy with the level of protection, I bought a regular support bra which kept them in place a lot better than the sports bras I tried, although I know some people who swear by sports bra's, it depends on the person. I find reading reviews handy in helping me decide which ones to try
