I've gone wobbly!

All of a sudden, from yesterday in fact, I've gone a bit wobbly, such as when I get out of bed, though not fast and sometimes when I look up or down. There's no pain or nausea though, just a wobbly kind of feeling. Could this be due to something within the ear and is it treatable; would I have to see my doctor? Ta Muchly.

woodelf, it is a monthly quiz organised by square bear and there are teams of four, each team has a board where they discuss and decide on best answer.So virtual not actual.
