Ultrasonic Pain Relief

I have just purchased one of these machines in hope of relief of pain from my arthritic knees (because of other health reasons, I cannot have surgical intervention. Can anyone give me any information about this technology.

I have found a lot of claims, the proof of the pudding is in the eating though so if you have bought one why not read the directions and try it out.
