Durex gels and their other lotions and potions . . .

I want to know what people use these gels for? I can think of one reason why people may need lubricant (as I'm sure most people can), so is it just for this that people need it?
I've never been interested in purchasing any gels (and neither has my husband) but I keep seeing adverts on the tv and wondering if I'm missing anything?! I just don't feel like I need it in my life.

Husband+wife.....sex life dwindles.....whatever one uses.....generally speaking.

Good and adventurously sex disappears with marriage.

A mistress will provide exciting and inventive sex as by that time the wife will have her children and in some cases, even grandchildren to take the place of sex.

I don't know what to say without getting too graphic..

Lube isn't just about using it for dryness....even if you're adequately turned on...it just feels nicer. And taste nice :-)

Hmm, I don't like the thought of tasting lube, even if it is flavoured. Thanks for answers though. I either thought it was for dryness or anal sex.

It's not about anal either....

Doing what you do to a mans bits with lube makes it easier...and according to my OH...makes it feel nicer.
