Sorry, you cannot substitute for good food!.................you can take extra vitamins and minerals to add to your diet, this is not a wise thing!..............
nope, there is no fibre in the tablets
Add a fruit pastille, a bar of fruit and nut and a chocolate orange - that should see you right.
chocolate covered raisins will add the fibre.
Fish and chips or a plate of jellied eels occasionally would give you essential Omega 3 oils.
marshmallows, candyfloss and sherbet fountains should be included to cover all the major food groups.......
You missed out coffee, that is a main food group, isn't it?

I don't see a lot of protein so far either (keep it clean people)
Ignore my earlier post. Prawn flavoured crisps will supply all the Omega 3 that you need.

It's not gonna happen. Fish n chips is texture and flavour - you can't get pleasure from sprinling salt and vinegar on tablets. I'd consign the 'pills as food' theory to the same category as silver clothing and individual jet-packs.
