skincare in your 20's

Hi, I'm looking for a decent skincare range. I would ideally like one that will make my skin glow, look healthy, prevent premature aging from the environment and one that is ideally designed for skin in its twenties. Anyone got any suggestions
thanks

You need a daytime moisturiser with a minimum of spf15 every day and more for summer. I use No7 Protective Moisture Cream in winter and Garnier Ambre Solaire Facial Sunblock in summer, and I chop and change with the ones I use in spring/autumn. But my cheeks tend to be quite dry so all the ones I use are fairly rich. For night time, Nivea Visage Q10 is good for the price and Estee Lauder Lightsource is great if you have more to spend. Your skin type should also dictate your choice of cleanser - again with richer formulas, I use Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish in the morning and Neal's Yard Chamomile Cleanser in the evening. I could talk about this all day, but the answer is really just to assess your skin and then experiment. And have fun!
Yep, I agree that it depends on your skin type. Everyone is different and will react differently to different products (over use of word different here, sorry).

Its difficult to suggest a particular brand or specific products without knowing what kind of skin you have. Having spent a fortune in the past on premium skin care products, Ive gone back to basics as far as cleansing goes and for my dry skin I use E45 cream wash followed by a gentle Boots own brand toner. Having tried numerous budget and premium brand moisturisers in the past, I do think that it is worth going for the best moisturiser you can afford (I like ones by Helena Rubenstein and Clinique) and make sure your day moisturiser has at least SPF 15. The best thing I did for my skin as far as anti-ageing goes, was start wearing a high SPF (SPF25 City Block by Clinique) in my late teens and am definitely seeing the benefits now Im in my 30s.
I agree with MIss Zippy, skin care products including creams are an investment and cannot really be measured. I would advise women (and men) to buy the best you can afford. I've heard that french products are the world leaders as the French promote good skincare habits from a very young age. Also remember plenty of water and SPF protection.
