Have you tried Mitchum ?
It's a pretty strong antiperspirant.

No, I haven't. I will google it and have a look and give it a go - will try anything as its so embarrasing. Thank you.
you can get botox injected to help
If you go to Boots, Superdrug or maybe even a supermarket you can find anti-perspirants for problem perspiration such as Driclor or Triple Dry.
I used to get really sweaty pretty early in the day and tried all the deodorants - including Mitchum.

I then bought a deodorant that was a cream - I think that Dove or Vaseline do them, I just grab one off the shelf in Tesco without looking. I also stopped washing with a face cloth type thing and used one of those scratchy net things - just to make sure that I got rid of all the bugs. I have no problem at all these days.
Mitchum is very good. I've tried Driclor in the past but go gentle with it as it is very strong stuff.

Although it won't stop the sweat, washing with antibacterial washes such as Sanex or Carex can help make sure there is less bacteria etc... which might make it smell.

I find different clothing can make a difference too, I have certain tops which I find I sweat more in so might be worth trial and error there. I find keeping my feet cool helps keep my body cooler in general so footwear which allows your feet to breathe more might be an idea.
You don't want deodorants, you want an antiperspirant - there's a argument which says you shouldn't hold back on sweating as it's good for you, but I know what you mean.
Driclor is excellent but you must follow the instructions, as stated it is very strong and if you are allergic to it can give you a nasty sore rash. My daughter had botox injections 5 months ago (15 in each arm pit) and not as painful as she thought they would be. It has been life-changing for her, but was told these are not a cure and she may need another course after 9 months.
