or tried them....plus ow to calculate you point intake on WW..

says me...whos just stuffed myself full of dinner lolx
at ww they give you a point calculator wheel thingy where you put in the calories and sat fat and it tells you the points. The books also help you calculate points, as does the group leader
I do slimming world and i have lost 2st 8lbs in 4 months. I find it really easy.
I'm doing The Harcombe diet....lost just under 10lbs in 3 weeks....and feel great. Never hungry.
Never heard of the Harcombe diet...will google it.
Have you got a link, pasta? sounds good.

I've done this because I really needed to rid myself of cravings...it seems to be working
Thanks pasta, I'll have a read
don't do the BHF one, it is supposed to be dangerous, although I did try it before I found this out. Very boring and extremely hard to stick to it, with very little or no results at the end. I am starting the WW one again tomorrow, but choosing foods that are low Gi. I can tell you how many ww points you are supposed to have, not for their new Pro plus points system, which I read somewhere is basically just the GI diet renamed, but the older one, as I have all the books, but I don't know how you would calculate all the points without any of the literature
