Ouchy...left arm pain!

..im 24 and normal weight probs notna heartattack...but its blinking sore!!!

Woke up about 6am with it, pain from the elbow down to my palm on front and back of my left arm, occasionally the neck but not really :0( ...ive not been sleeping on it and i havent fell or banged my arm.....help xx

My 12 year old has had a period since dec 3rd

It´s too early to say what it is..............certainly nothing life threatening.

Take an Ibuprofen 400mgms up to say...twice a day and get back to us in the middle of next week if there is no improvement.
