can't believe it's happened to me!
I'm pretty sure that's what I've got. I remember my mum suffering with them as a child, and never really understanding what she meant - blimey I do now!
Just wondered if anyone could recommend an over the counter treatment.

It was a ward, where all the ladies were walking very slowly. I thought they'd all had babies and asked where they were. My mum said they'd all hadoperations for piles.
One day, on a visit, I heard a blood-curdling scream coming from the bathroom and I looked at my mum in horror.

1) Eat plenty of food that contains high-fiber including wholemeal bread, pasta and brown rice etc.
2) Avoid de-hydration. Drink 6 to 8 glasses of water daily.
3) Need regular exercise. At least a 15 minutes walk.
4) Take warm baths to ease the itching and pain.
5) Use ice pack to relieve the pain.
6) Push the piles gently back into your rectum.
