Trying to give my new address to DVLA online but I get as far as the last two issue numbers on both my licence and my husbands and it won't accept them.  They are the last two numbers next to No 5, separated from the 16 digit number. Help please!!  Am I doing something wrong?  I have looked for the answer online and it seems they are the correct numbers.  Have tried phoning Swansea, waiting for a call back .....  what do I do otherwise?

Ignore the last two numbers

Question Author

If I ignore them I can't get any further... but I wonder why it won't accept the numbers...

Check there is no space at the start of the number.  You only enter the first 16 digits, not the last two digits
