It is!  I use it with the grandchildren to illustrate the little stories we make up.  I can't draw and it brings the stories to life, gets the little ones involved.

I suspect that political pressure is being used. Probably a waste of money re-opening this issue. Perhaps Trump will push for an investigation into evolution, to please the Christian right.
