O.k. well my problem is this, i like a girl in my class that is from a different culture, chinese, thats one of the main reasons why i like her, and also i have a terrible habit of bugging the people i like, i've liked her for a year and she considers me an aquiantence, how do i get her to like me?

i shudder to think what you mean by bugging people you like - if you know you do it - why do you continue!!!

You cant make her like you. Ask her if she wants to go and get a coffee etc after school, college whatever it is, if she says yes, you can take it from there.

As long as you dont act like a jerk, there should be no reason why the two of you cant be friends....and you see where it can lead from there

How do you know she considers you just an acquaintance?
Its not a good idea to think you know exactly what some one thinks, more times than not we get it totally wrong.
Who knows whether she may well feel the same about you? but, (like you), she might hide it well. Rather than bug her why dont you just try being friendly and give her a few signs that you like her. If she likes you too then she'll respond likewise.
