Do we need to rough things up a bit?

Just wondered - my partner and I have only known each other for 2 years. We have had one argument - and that was over a bottle of wine!!

We just seem to get on and slot in with each other. I'm hoping he doesn't get bored although he says he likes a quiet life! Does anyone argue out there for the sake of it? I'm not looking for a fight, or complaining either!! but wondered if anyone else experiences the same kind of relationship. We dont always agree with each other, but we don't argue - we talk.

i dont argue and fight with my partner, if we have a disagreement its sorted out peacefully.

I dont argue with my bloke, sometimes I wish we did because I guess you know how much they care from arguing. We have even tried making an argument out of nothing but it doesnt work, thats how we are, we call eachother all sorts of names out of jest but I guess we are too laid back to be bothered :-)

I never argue with Mr Boo either. Well that's not strictly true, i sometimes rant and rave and he nods. I think we've only ever had about 5 serious rows in the nearly 15 years we've been together!

If your relationship is working, why question it? Just enjoy it.

No I'm not bored, I love him too much to be bored!! I was married to a man for 16 years, he used to like the sound of his own voice and argue for the sake of it. I couldn't argue back, he wouldn't listen and I used to end up an emotional wreck. He just used to bounce back to normal with a click of the fingers and wonder what the hell was wrong with me.

Just did it to clear the air he said...........cleared everything as far as I was concerned!! Divorced now.

just goes to show that youre not the sort to have a happy relationship if arguing is involved.

some people do, but talking is much easier and lets you get your point across without screaming and shouting.

No we aren't pensioners, although my parents are and have been together for 60 years!

I can think of 101 better ways to lead to passionate sex rather than an argument!!
