Sexual preference is a choice. The fact that masons prefer to make decisions in the absence of women shows a mistrust in 50% of the population. Whether this stems from a strict mother, a dominant sister, or other reason only they would know. Whether this closed society is a benefit to the country is highly unlikely.
Hi In a Pickle, been trying to find you for ages, have you changed your email addy? Tried to PM you in Sport, but dont think you got it.... (porfavour) xx
My gosh Beso, your response reminds of an American TVevanglist who claimed he's "cured" many gays.
I hope that's not what you're saying...all I'm saying is your post reminds me of that.
Being a Freemason and a Civil Servant, and a very lowly one at that, alI I can add is that I know a lot of people in the Civil Service who are lesbian or gay and hardly any gay Freemasons. Most of the ones I know are married.
I appreciate that many married people are actually gay. Even so Kwicky it is a hell of a sweeping statement you are making with no evidence to back it up.
Also311271 as a choirboy I wore a cassock and surplice and not a dress.
It is unfortunate that we have to suffer this kind of mentality that calls a kilt a skirt (But never to the face of someone wearing one.)
Having said that Kwicky you did start one of the better recent debates on this site
If masons are gay they should be proud of it or maybe their secretive nature only hides the reason for becoming a mason in the first place. What is that you ask? Female-phobia!
