Am I being stupid?

Normally I have no problem with men. But reading this latest one scares me because I seem to have it so wrong AND I really like him!! we met a few weeks ago for a drink and the goodnight kiss certainly had a spark to it. We met a couple of times afterwards and it was clear that keeping our hands off each other was going to be difficult. Anyway, we met for lunch on Friday and we ended up in bed - he eventually left on Sat evening. Since then, apart from a text to say he got home safely, nothing. I've backed off but so has he!!! I don't want to play games, but he is a lovely guy and I just don't know where to go from here. I know it is only Sat since we last saw each other but am I being stupid in expecting some form of communication between then and now, even if it is a quick "how are you?"? Or should I just accept that he has what he wanted and I should move on?! In which case, why didn't he go on Sat morning rather than spending the whole day here?!!!!

send him a text and ask him if he wants to meet up for drink or lunch sometime this weeksand see what he say's. if you get nothing back then i think he may of just been after a shag, sorry - but i hope not

I agree with mccfluff - send him a text now that a couple of days've lapsed, and ask how he is. see what happens from there.

there are a few posts like this i've noticed recently. women thinking they've found a nice man only to realise he wants one thing then ******* off without a trace!
it's pretty selfish to think that they don't want to know AFTER they've got their oats!

aww im sorry to hear that,

well you say he hasnt been in touch with you, but maybe he is thinkng the same! maybe he is waiting for to make the moves! he may be sitting at home waiting and thinking you only wanted one thing,

best thing to do is just text casually asking how he is and see how he answers, if he is short and off then i would just forget him, but he may be really pleased to hear from you and could lead to more dates!!!

Why do women think that the guy is just after one thing.

If a women is going to have sex after a couple of meetings with a bloke, she obviously wants it as well and maybe she does it every week-end with other guys.
