having a baby

ok so there is a good chance my girlfriend is pregnant. she has hepetitis B. What problems will this cause? I think it may be too soon as I only have ever spent 3 weeks with her on holiday. but we do talk for at least an hour on the phone and on msn for longer. I am working in HK. I own a house in the UK but my mum has recently become ill and may have to move back to the UK. i.e. stay at my house. I dont really know what to do. Any ideas?

Sorry, I couldn't tell you. Diseases can be passed from mother to Foetus. You need to really seek medical advice.
